Investigating Static Electricity β‘οΈπ¬
1st Feb 2024
Today in our class, we had a super electrifying experiment! β‘οΈπ¬ We investigated static electricity using balloons and our own hair. It was so cool! ππ¨πβοΈ
We rubbed the balloons on our hair for different lengths of time β±οΈβ to see how long it took to build up enough static electricity. And guess what? When the balloon had enough charge, it stuck to the wall! ππ§²π
It was amazing to see how the length of time we rubbed the balloon affected how much static electricity it had. Some balloons stuck to the wall right away, while others needed more rubbing and some didn't stick at allβ°β‘οΈ
